I think the communication between receptionists should be improved. we arrived, we asked for the charge to be made to the credit card, happened the same day, when we left, receptionist on duty wanted to charge us again, maybe because there was no proof or note inside our register... area is very nice, we had a room that looked just like a mountain and noise that was heard on Saturday until late at night was excessive, although this is clearly not a problem for the hotel, if it is a fact to take into account among the visitors.
